Something about Goldwater and Jones were like Jefferson? I guess so, but there is the whole slave issue. I bet he didn’t know that Goldwater supported Civil Rights legislation as early as the 1950′s, but sleaze balls like Strom Thurmand blocked it. The judge might not buy into all of the “conspiracy theories” (a term I hate) that Alex believes in, but I love how he still goes on AJ’s show despite their differences. Most people (like Beck) would just refuse to go on AJ’s show because of their differences.

The court shouldn’t be making rulings about whether someone’s feelings are hurt by speech– the court should simply rule the event of the funeral as a private event.
